This is the first time I've felt so safe and cared for in a doctor's office, could not recommend them any more. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to my primary doctor, everyone is very kind and approachable. Special shout-out to the phlebotomist that was able to help me get my blood drawn with my intense needle phobia, they really knew what they were doing!

a great place where you are taken care and any medical questions answered. i Have Betty Scanlon as a Nurse Practictioner and She is Wonderful and makes me feel at ease and comfortable to talk to about any medical needs. i would reccomend her to anybody in the entire universe. my sister loved having her too. and the Nursing staff is wonderful too.

I really enjoyed my first couple of appointments and initially had a great experience. Unfortunately, over time it has become increasingly difficult to receive consistent care. My appointments have been rescheduled multiple times, and I've had to switch providers due to availability, providers leaving the practice, and what seems like an overbooked schedule. I was also disappointed with the billing process. They told me that there is no option to keep a credit card on file, and I never received a phone call or email about an outstanding balance. Instead, I found out the bill had been sent to collections after only receiving physical mail, which I had missed. When I spoke to the front desk staff, she was rude and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. I truly liked the providers I've seen, but the scheduling, billing, and customer service issues have made it difficult to continue my care here.

This used to be the absolute best place. Over the past year, though, it has become impossible to get an appointment, and the best providers have left the practice. We also receive no communication about this when it happens; no notification, recommended next steps, etc. While everyone who works there is very kind, it just doesn't feel like the same Bloomington Primary Care anymore.

It's worth the wait. I have felt very well taken care of and I felt very heard in this office. All of my questions were answered and everyone was really nice and happy to help with a smile. I had my blood drawn and my veins do not make it easy but it was the least painful blood draw I've ever experienced. It's hard to smile and work on a Saturday morning especially in healthcare when people are hungry and about to be stuck with needles. I do want to say thank you to the techs drawing my blood and answering my questions without being defensive or mean. It is hard to get into this office, it took months because I was a new patient but I understand why. The treatment I've received just on my first visit is why, this office and the staff are fantastic and I feel lucky to be a patient here. Thank you for your wonderful treatment!
